PUBLIC AFFAIRS

African and Spanish American Public Affairs: Successful political, product, and service-marketing strategies, aimed at African and Spanish American consumers begin with personal experience. Registered Contractual Lobbyist: Lobbying means any legal action designed to influence decisions of government, governmental agencies, elected or appointed officials. Government depends on a constant flow of information and views from those who may be affected by its actions. In addition, those affected, have a right to know what is going on inside the system and depend upon lobbyist to inform them. Political Action Committees, Trade and Professional Associations, Institutions and individuals must deal with the system either because they have a specific concern (a need to make representations on a policy, bill or commercial decision) or because they want to inform or express concerns to legislators and officials before the need to lobby may arise. Lobbyists exist to facilitate this process.

Organizing Not-For Profit Corporations: under Illinois Not-For Profit, Revised Corporation Act of 1986. Services include name availability check, preparation and filing of Illinois Form NFP-102.10. Filing appropriate documents with local, county, state, and federal agencies. Including but not limited to: IRS Form 1023. Geographic Area: Illinois.
Registered Agent Services: Business Corporations in Illinois are required, to maintain a Registered Agent, within the state of Illinois. The name and address of the Registered Agent are placed into the articles of incorporation, so that corporations can receive important correspondence: legal notices and other documents. Many businesses choose to use the professional services of a Registered Agent, to make certain that important corporate, official state documents, service of process and tax notices are promptly forwarded too appropriate entity officials.
